I could say that Mexico has good and bad things, some good things are that our flag is the most beautiful in all the world, another thing is that our national anthem is the most beautiful too.

Our flag has three colors: green, white and red with the national coat of arms charged in the center of the white stripe. The national coat portrays an eagle on a prickly pear cactus with a snake in its beak and talons.

Originally the green represented independence, white represented religion and red the union of Americans and Europeans, but during the secularization of the country under President Benito Juarez the meanings of the colors were adapted to represent hope (green), unity (white) and the blood of the national heroes (red).

Now talking about our national anthem, it was officially adopted in 1943. It was composed by  the poet Francisco González Bocanegra in 1853 and in 1854, Jaime Nunó composed the music which now accompanies González's poem. The anthem, consisting of ten stanzas and a chorus, entered into use on September 16, 1854.

Now, focusing in the nature, the animals that are a characteristic of Mexico are the monarh butterfly, jaguar, Bottlenose Dolphin, eagle, gray hawk, etc. There are beautiful and some of them are unique, but unfortunately some of them are in danger of extinction.

The mexican beaches are really pretty! Many people of other countries come to visit them, the most common are Cancun and Los Cabos.

LOVE STORY.

My mother’s most memorable day was when she got married with my father. She says me that until that day,it changed everything, where she lives, with whom she will coexist and she had more and new responsibilities. It is so memorable because, she left her family to make another family.


She tells me that in their wedding were all the people she loves, like her mother, father, all her sisters and brothers, her friends and her new husband’s friends too.


The best moment she had, was when she saw for the first time her husband in the church and she says him the words “I DO”.


She felts nervous and even a week before the weeding, she felt sick, because of all the things she has to do to have a perfect weeding.



In the party, she danced a lot until she can’t do more. She says me that that day was really awesome. It was really fun and crazy, she felt so weak when it was over. She says me that it was a lot of time to prepare the wedding for a little time for the weeding, she also told me that when the wedding was finished, she was says:

“OH MY GOD! WHY IT WAS SO FAST? I JUST REMEMBER WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE CHURCH”.


When the people was gone, on the one hand, she felt well, but on the other sad, because, it was a really big change for her. She felt with the responsibility to attend to another person.



She learns that in life, your family and friends are always with you, in your best and memorable moments.

SUN-FUN!

In these last vacations, I went to Cuba; it was really awesome, all days I went to the beach with my brother. We swam for hours. Then we went again to the hotel to eat. The food was delicious; all the Cubans were so friendly with us. After we ate, we went in the pool, we stay in there for a couple of hours, and then we were tired, so we went to sleep. We did this all the days we were in Cuba. It was fun!

My brother took me this photo when we were on the hotel, it was the sunniest day, that day was the best of all. As always, we went to the beach on the morning and we rented a motorcycle for an hour, I drove it for half an hour and he drove it the rest of the hour. We saw dolphins near the shore, my brother tried to touch one, but he fall to the water, it was funny for me, but not for him, then I help him to come back to the motorcycle and we went back to the beach.

In the hotel, that night, it had like a show where all of the guests were invited to dance like Cuban people, we were jumping and dancing around the pools, and suddenly when I was near a pool, my brother threw me to it. I don’t even get mad with him, I just laugh. That night I get so tired, but it was worth it.

I remember what does it says in my bikini with big and colorful letters ‘’sun-fun’’, for me this phrase is real, my day began with sun and it ends with fun. These vacations were so crazy.
